There is no doubt that breakfast is the most important meal of the day. Until you wake up, you take about 8 hours without eating. The first morning meal gives you all the nutrients and energy you need for the day.
However, many people skip breakfast because they do not make time to prepare something. Research shows that if you do this, you have a greater tendency to look unhealthy snacks mid-morning.

Neither contain dairy of any kind, and in fact are completely vegan. Bananas, dates, coconut water and nondairy milk create the same creamy texture expect yogurt; so if you want to take milk, these smoothies are a good alternative.
BEST OPTIONS FOR BREAKFAST
To increase energy Smoothie: Mix in blender 2 frozen bananas sliced; 4 small dates; 1 tablespoon peanut butter; 1 tablespoon chia seeds; ½ cup hemp milk or other nondairy; ¼ cup water.
Strawberry and avocado smoothie: ½ frozen banana mixture; 2 cups berries (strawberries) halved; 3 tablespoons fresh spearmint; 1 ½ cups coconut water; ½ avocado; 1 pitted date; ice cubes.
Green Smoothie with berries: Mix 2 bananas; 1 cup frozen berries; 1 large bundle of spinach; 1 cup filtered water.
Tropical Smoothie: Mix 1 banana in blender; 1 cup frozen pineapple chunks; 1 cup frozen mango chunks; 1 cup coconut water; 1 to 2 tablespoons hemp seeds.
Welfare Smoothie: Mix 1 cup frozen peaches; 2 cups maple syrup; 1 bunch of spinach; 1 tablespoon of hemp seed; 1 or 2 bananas.
