Special winter vitamin salad

And this year, no question of having to leave the gloom, I’ll put cheerfulness in my plates!
I love the combination of potatoes / lawyer, here is the proof that with potato salad sauce lawyer or attorney accompanied the potatoes.
But it is not this association that I had initially thought. I went first on a desire to sautéed potatoes and salad with thr I associated my vitamin fruits: clementines from Corsica and grenade.
For 1 medium ramekin
– 5/6 lettuce leaves
– 2 apples middle earth
– 1cs olive oil
– 1 pinch dried rosemary
– Sea salt with spices
– 1 ripe avocado
– 1/4 ripe pomegranate
– 4 radishes
– 1 small Corsican clementine
– Sesame oil
– White balsamic vinaire
Preheat oven to 180 ° C.
Meanwhile, peel the potatoes, rinse them and cut them into medium size pieces.
Place in a dish, sprinkle with a tablespoon of olive oil, salt and rosemary flower and bake 45 minutes.
In a ramekin, thin out the salad.
Mash avocado and mix a light drizzle of sesame oil and white balsamic and place on the center of the salad.
Add the warm potatoes.
Clementine peel and cut into two quartiez and arrange them in the salad.
Cut the radishes into thin slices and add them.
Finish with pomegranate and enjoy!
