- 1/2 tsp Citric Acid
- 2 liters Milk
- 1/2 cup chopped Nuts (Pista, Almonds)
- Half cup of Water
- 1/2 cup Sugar
Preparation Of Kalakand
Firstly, take the pan and pour some oil or ghee. Then add cashews, saffron, and almonds into the pan or even you can add the sliced dry fruits. Use the fresh panner to get more taste. Crumble the paneer without any chunks. Take 2 liters of milk and let it be condensed. After condensing, add the grated panner onto it. Add one tbsp sugar accordingly that fits your taste. Let wait for the mixture that to be cooked in a low flame. Switch off the flame until it turns to thicken. Then take the mixture into the plate and spread gently. In conclusion, add the chopped nuts on the Kalakand. Thus the kalakand is prepared.
Carrot is used in India not only as a vegetable but also to prepare some delicious sweet recipes. It is one of the most popular dishes that are usually preparing at home. Carrot is a vegetable that many people suffer to eat directly. Therefore, in this way, you can put it for your kids.
- 1 cup grated Carrot
- 1/2 cup Cashew Nuts
- 1 cup grated Coconut
- 2 tbsp Ghee
- 1 cup Sugar
- 1/2 liter Milk
Preparation Of Carrot Burfi
Take a heavy bottomed vessel and add grated carrot into it. Stir it continuously until it dry. Similarly, repeat the same procedure with grated coconut and keep it aside. Next, take the pan and boil milk with sugar until it dissolves. After that take both the mixtures and mix it well and stir again until it turns to thick. Then add nut pieces. Finally, take a plate and apply ghee to it by placing the mixture into it. Let it be cool and cut into pieces.
Besan ladoo sweet recipes are made with chickpea flour and ghee for festivals like Diwali & Ganesh Chaturthi puja. Hence, it is prepared to God or to celebrate a special event and many a time just to provide a sweet tooth. Hence, the Besan ladoo is comparatively much easier to make for those attempting to make it for the first time.
- Chickpea flour 2 1/4 cups
- Ghee 1/2 cup, melted
- Powdered sugar 3/4 cup
- Khoya 1/3 cup
- Cardamom powder 1/2 tsp
- Almonds 1/4 cup
- Cashew nuts 1/4 cup
Preparation Of Besan Ladoo
Take a vessel, pour tbsp ghee and allow it to heat on a slow flame. After that, add cashew nuts and saute till they turn golden brown then remove it and place in a bowl. In the same container add the almonds and saute for 3 mins then keep it aside. After that, add the ghee and allow it to melt and let it turn warm. Add the besan to the warm ghee and cook on a moderate flame.
Stir continuously only on low flame till the besan turns color after turn off the flame. Allow the roasted besan to cool for some time. Meanwhile, add ghee and khoya to the vessel and salute for 3mnts. Then, grind cashew nuts and almonds as a powder and add it with sugar to roasted besan. In conclusion, add cardamom powder and mix it gently. Similarly, shape the mixture to a small sized ball with a nut on top as garnish. Therefore, you can now serve this besan ladoo sweet recipes.
Kaju katli is thin and smooth with a melt in the mouth slices of cashew goodness. It is gluten-free and can be made by using coconut oil. The name itself says that it is thin and low fat. Kaju katli is one of the delicious sweet recipes and is gifted to friends or relatives to spread the joy of festivals and love.
- 1 cup kaju
- A ½ cup of sugar
- 5 tablespoons of water
- 1 tablespoon ghee or coconut oil
- 1 teaspoon of chopped rose petals
Preparation of Kaju katli
First, prepare Kaju mixture and add ghee, rose petals to it. After if heat is enough then knead the mixture. Flatten the Kaju dough on a butter paper. Then place a butter paper on it and roll gently with a rolling pin such that thickness reaches to 3-5 mm. Remove the butter paper and let the Kaju katli to cool for some time. After, using a sharp knife cut the kaju in a diamond shape. Therefore, remove the katli with a butter knife, and you can now serve these sweet recipes.
